Can an Enquiry Officer lawfully reject defence documents submitted by delinquent employee without valid reasons during a domestic enquiry?

​No. An Enquiry Officer cannot arbitrarily reject documents submitted by the delinquent worker in a domestic enquiry. All relevant documents must be considered to ensure compliance with the principles of natural justice.
