Under the PoSH Act, 2013, is the Local Committee empowered to handle a sexual harassment complaint filed against one of its own members?

If a sexual harassment complaint is made against an LC member, the District Officer must step in, remove the concerned member, and arrange for the complaint to be inquired into by a properly reconstituted LC to ensure impartiality.
