Participants will actively engage in analysing and self-designing salary structures aligned with the New Labour Codes and applicable statutory wage requirements.

Participants will be provided with draft policies on Wage Fixation, Payment of Gratuity for Fixed-Term Employees (FTEs), and Payment of Gratuity for Employees, along with relevant checklists to support implementation and compliance.
