Dr B K Kempe Gowda is presently working with Sandhar Technologies Limted. as Deputy General Manger HR\IR (Southern Region) Bangalore. He has completed his Bachelor’s Degree from Government Arts College, Bangalore, MSW from Department of Social Work, Bangalore University, Bangalore, M.Phil. from Bharathidasan University, Tamil Nadu, Post-Graduation Diploma in Human Resource Management from Bangalore University and He was Awarded Doctoral Degree (PhD) from Bangalore University. Cleared his NET exam in the year 2012 conducted by UGC. He has many publications in his credit in various National and International Journals he has presented Research Papers in various National and International Conferences he is having more than 14years of experience in the field of social development, human resource management industrial relations and labour laws. He is expert in handling of employee union, successfully signed Ten 12(3) long term wage settlements with different employee union (INTUC, AITUC, BMS, CITU, and HMKP) well versed in handling Employees Grievances and Disciplinary matters, expertise in acquiring new companies and implementing all HR policies procedures.
Ashoka B R, passed out MSW from Bangalore University during 2003, PGHRM from KSOU 2006. Started career at Compact Hometel Pvt Ltd as HR coordinator, worked with company called Capricorn Logistics, Ceva Logistics, Transysytem Logistics and presently working as HR and IR manager at Indelox services pvt ltd.
Shekhar G.N. is presently working as Deputy General Manager – HR & Admin with Biesse Manufacturing Company Private Limited. Biesse India, a part of Biesse S.P.A Italy, produces woodworking machinery in its plants in Bengaluru. He has around 14 years of experience in HR & IR.
He has completed Bachelor of Arts from SVP College, Sarjapura, MSW from Department of Social Work, Bangalore University, LLB from Karnataka State Law University, and Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD, New Delhi.

Vasanthi is the Director at Manva Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd since June 2016. She has 13 years of experience in Payroll Management. More than 11 plus years she was associated with Jubilant Retail known as Total Malls (From 2006 to 2015) and Jubilant Motor works (2015-2016). She was sole responsible for handling end to end payroll and income tax for around 2,000 employees every month.
Ram K Navaratna started career in the year 1982 as Personnel Officer and rose to the rank of General Manager (HR). He has rich experience in Mining, Steel, Transport, Printing, Engineering, Garment, Granite, Food processing and Pharma industry. He has 25 years experience in the field of Personnel, Industrial Relations, Administration, Liaison, HRD and Training.
He served in Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Ltd, INDO Nissin Foods Ltd, Hind High Vacuum and Sami Labs Limited. He worked in the capacity of General Manager (HRD & Trng) at Sami Labs Limited for more than eight years.
Maintained excellent relations with all the government bodies and public associations in and around in addition to his relevant industries.
His areas of Interest and Experience: Performance Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Training and Development, Brand awareness from employer-employee perspective, Building successful working relationship with working teams, Statutory compliance and Employee satisfaction scores.
To his achievements he is successful HR practicing professional. He has authored TEN books in HR field. So far he covered more than 30,000 participants of various levels in his innumerable training programs across India.
In addition to his authorship many of his articles published in professional journals. Many of his talks are broadcasted in All India Radio Bangalore for industrial field.
