The objective of this one-day training programme is to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of key labour legislations and their practical applications in today’s dynamic workplace. Through focused sessions on industrial relations, contract labour, factories act, contract labour and other key regulations, the training program aims to simplify legal complexities, enhance compliance capabilities, and foster a culture of fairness, and accountability within organizations. Participants will gain actionable insights to effectively interpret, implement, and manage labour law requirements while minimizing risks and ensuring ethical and lawful workplace practices.
