Answer:
Annual Report must be submitted by January every year to the District Officer nominated by the appropriate government.
1. Number of complaints received in the year.
2. Number of complaints disposed off during the year.
3. Number of cases pending for more than 90 days.
4. Number of workshops or awareness programme carried out.
5. Nature of action taken by the Employer.
