Nirathanka is a Non-Governmental Organisation with a registered office in Bengaluru. Nirathanka has been founded by a young Professional Social Worker, Shri Ramesha MH (National Association of Professional Social Workers in India (NAPSWI) Young Achievers Awardee-2019) with the objective of extending the services to the weaker section of the society. Today, the organisation is extended its scope of services in the areas of education, health care, youth skill development, food security, and livelihood training. Since 2016, Nirathanka providing services of deputing expert external members for Internal Committees under PoSH law for more than 50 organizations across India. Nirathanka with group of few professionals from Human Resources and Social Work have organizing the “State-Level HR Kannada Conference” on yearly basis from year 2017.

M.H. Ramesha is an ordinary young man with extraordinary commitment to social work. He completed MSW (Human Resources) from Bangalore University in 2004. In about ten years , his contribution to Human Resources is outstanding.
He started Niruta Publications which is primarily a publisher of social work books, perhaps the only such publishing company in India. In less than a decade, Niruta has published more than 25 books in English and Kannada. The books are marketed by Amazon.in and other distributors. Awards:
