Nirathanka is also empanelled by the Ministry of Women & Child Development, Government of India, to conduct training programs and workshops under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, and is duly certified under Sections 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act, enabling tax exemption benefits to donors. M.H. Ramesha is an ordinary young man with extraordinary commitment to social work. He completed MSW (Human Resources) from Bangalore University in 2004. In about ten years , his contribution to Human Resources is outstanding.
