The wife & husband work in the same company and are allowed to work from home from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. They took financial benefit from the company to buy the required furniture to work from home. After a few days, the wife complained to ICC that her husband had sexually harassed her during working hours. Is this complaint valid under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013? YES
