Head – Human Resources & Admin, SKF Technologies, Sealing solutions Business Unit.
Completed MSW from Jnanabharathi campus, Bangalore University in the year 2003.
Since 14 years working in the area of Human resources as Plant HR, Strategic Business HR Partner, Talent acquisition manager and Industrial relation manager as well. Have been certified to do the psychometric assessment and SAP implementation champion. Also spent some time to work for overseas assignments as well.
Started the carrier with HRM Consultants as a recruiter and training coordinator, then worked as HR Partner in Webb India, later moved to LM Power as Plant HR where excelled in many strategic HR aspects. Before joining to SKF as Head HR, associated with Strides arcolab as Plant HR Manager.
Received Best Strategic Business HR award and few more during the journey of 14 years industrial experience.

ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್ ಆಫ್ ಪ್ರೊಫೆಷನಲ್ ಸೋಷಿಯಲ್ ವರ್ಕರ್ಸ್ ಇನ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ (NAPSWI) ರವರು 2019 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ “ಯುವ ಸಾಧಕ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ” ಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
2014 ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಯುವ ಜನೋತ್ಸವದಲ್ಲಿ “ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಯುವ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ”ಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ ವತಿಯಿಂದ 2003 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾಜಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯುನ್ನತ ಪ್ರಾವೀಣ್ಯತೆಗಾಗಿ “ಡಾ. ಮರ್ತುವ್‌ಕುಡಿ ಆರ್ ವೆಂಕಟಮ್ಮ ಅವರ ಸ್ಮಾರಕ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ”ಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
